We are looking for experienced Construction Project Manager’s to join our network of high profile contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, including experience in budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all safety regulations are followed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain a project budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Manage project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement a project schedule.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of the project and take corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities.

Requirements:

• Have a degree in Project Management (preferred)
• Have experience working as a Project Manager in construction
• Have experience working on projects within Property / Building
• Have experience working on projects from inception to completion
• Have good communication and client facing skills

Salary: £50,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (38 hours)
• Overtime
