Velox Recruitment is looking for a hard-working and passionate labourer to assist with a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as the ability to complete a variety of manual tasks, including erecting scaffolding, heavy lifting, and groundwork. The successful candidate will also be a team player with excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Complete a variety of manual tasks, including erecting scaffolding, heavy lifting, and groundwork
• Assist with specialist tasks such as joinery or brickwork
• Work as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Use critical thinking skills to solve problems
• Manage time effectively

​Requirements:

• ​CSCS card
• 1-2 years of experience in construction​ (​preferred)
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage time effectively
• ​English speaking​
