Scaffolder (Part 2 Ticket)

Up to £45,000 per year (DOE) + Progression
Are you a graduate or school leaver looking for a varied labour based role with full training within a business where you can progress into senior positions?
In this role you will manage the process from unloading equipment, ensuring a stable base for scaffolding and erecting scaffolding poles.
This company design & install specialist equipment for the construction industry and work with a wide range of clients throughout London and the South-East. This role is available due to continued growth.
This is a varied day based role offering great progression and training. What we look for most of all is that you are hardworking, willing to learn, physically fit and not afraid of heights. The rest we can teach you.
– Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site.
– Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding.
– Erecting scaffolding poles.
– Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures.
– Laying planks for workers to walk on.
– Fixing guard rails and safety netting.
– Dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete.
– Willing to learn and passionate candidates with the drive to progress. Training will be given.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and promote a ‘can-do’ attitude.
– Flexibility with working hours.
– Ability to work confidently at heights.
– Excellent hand-eye coordination.
– Good level of physical fitness.
– Awareness of health and safety.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Blue CSCS Card
– CISRS Part 2
– Over 1 year experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
– Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
– Math and English GCSE’s
